It's really just a competitor for Netflix (expensive high budget movies and shows) only with a lot less content and trying to look like YouTube ("The episodes are ten minutes long and you watch it on your phone!")

A lot of people have pointed out it's hard to tell the difference between one 90-minute movie and a series of 10 9-minute "episodes", except with the latter you don't have to abide by union rules
