the press has an intense bias to normalcy. trump is extremely abnormal. this leads the media to simply airbrush the weird crap he does and present a version of trump that bears absolutely no resemblance with reality.

i watch every public event trump does. rarely does one go all the way through without him saying or doing intensely weird shit. with any other prez - d or r - it would be wall to wall. with trump, they just shrug it off.
