https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnes_v._Glen_Theatre,_Inc …. Banning public nudity is ok "because it furthers a substantial government interest in protecting the morality and order of society." I guess protecting morality is ok, but protecting actual physical health is bad.

Great illustration of how right wingers don't care what the Bible or the Constitution actually says. They just find a post hoc justification for their beliefs of how the world should work.

Like if I walked in there without a shirt, of course I'd get kicked out, and if I tried to invoke the Constitution, they'd tell me "It's our business, we reserve the right to refuse service." Because it's not about the damn Constitution and it never was.
