Like how does this accomplish anything If telling people "Hey you're infected, try your best to stay indoors" actually helped we'd already be done We're all already doing that anyway

But it's not helping enough to get the r0 below 1, it's not actually going to give us an end date where the virus stops spreading, which is what's driving everyone stir crazy

Okay yeah and that's a problem, but maybe complaining about things that ARE helping at least a little isn't the most productive place to put complaints? Feels like throwing in with the trumpublicans a little, it feels weird.

I think in this case when there's something really, really key to the strategies of all the countries that have beaten this thing that we simply refuse to do (because of high upfront cost and/or "freedom") it's something people should be louder about
