I keep thinking it wouldn't be so hard for a service like Spotify -- since they tag everything by genre anyway -- to make it so their ads aren't hugely disruptive to whatever you were listening to But of course the whole incentive is for them to be disruptive

They absolutely know that people are listening to songs in their car and pull that "tap to watch a video for 30 seconds" bullshit.
