Speaking as a professional molecular biologist, IMHO "What did nature intend" is a really weird way to live your life. Nature didn't intend anything! YOU get to decide! Which is kind of scary but also kind of liberating!
-
But that doesnt seem right because something in nature had to push to join the amino acids to make a chain then a protein then and then and then and then and then...complex creatures with common ancestry for nature to even have a "throw at the wall and see if it sticks"...

Non-sense, and you know it. When people talk about TRAs denying biology, it almost always has to do with the fairy tale of sex as a spectrum, and transwomen somehow magically becoming or being female.
-
No biological characteristic (which aren't even necessarily consistent with each other) defines the social rules of who is called "she" vs "he".

Ok. Awesome I think we are getting somewhere here...is it fair to say that your over arching opinion is "we all came from goo, so did everything else, so everything actually means nothing." I'm not being an ass here, I am asking

I'm an atheist, I don't think anything has any meaning other than the meaning people choose to give it
