So I know I'm, like, an ex-academic and don't get to have an opinion on these things, but I'm hoping the President of the United States telling people to inject bleach into their lungs and the news media covering it as a both sides issue is an awakening for rhetoric/comp teachers

Usually people say "There is one objective truth and we must find it" IS "modernism", although it's true that modernism also connotes the idea that you can eventually find that truth through rational logic and debate
