The question is how long the residual immunity *lasts* And it can't be super short or, again, no one would get better, it has to be long enough that the curve of the viral load in your body goes down until you're "recovered"

It's just an empirical question of how long that immune period is, and we don't know the answer yet, best case it's forever and worst case it's a matter of days, *most likely* it's in between the two

It's actually the opposite, funnily enough. The cytokine storms of an overactive immune system fighting the virus are responsible for many complications/deaths.
