Even in the initial tweet Claire screenshotted you can see she's saying that she's talking about intersex people "with no medical needs", why would she be making a pro-medical intervention argument based on that

If Pleska had read this, they wouldn’t be using the word “normalize” so much. And if they were an actual intersex ally and listened, they would have understood the significance of that.

It says a lot though that they can't imagine someone wanting to see being intersex as just no big deal. Not something spoken of as a medical condition, disorder or anything like that. Just how some people are, no more an issue than eye color.
