Ah, yes, it's so reassuring that rather than letting you get a peek at my junk I can just give you access to my DNA

So you’re admitting that you have been giving a false impression of the fact.

No, not really, because the DNA test is just as bad or worse

And it's not definitive, the whole point is that they're now setting regulations where someone with XY chromosomes may or may not be a "man" or "woman" depending on whether they have specific "DSDs"

I think that the idea of demanding that someone confirm whether or not they have AIS in order to play sports is pretty invasive of their privacy!

I think that whether a person with AIS is trans or cis or a man or a woman is totally orthogonal to the question of whether they have AIS, which is a medical question and not anyone's business who isn't involved in their medical care

Some DSDs have health ramifications beyond the reproductive system. Do you advocate keeping those impacts - where they may affect someone’s health deleteriously - beyond the purview of those charged witht he care of the child ?

Medical gatekeeping for sports has nothing to do with the welfare of the child, that's the whole issue at hand

Rubbish. Injury patterns from sport are different for males vs. females. Knowing the sex of the participant is important for the health of each child.
