And it's not definitive, the whole point is that they're now setting regulations where someone with XY chromosomes may or may not be a "man" or "woman" depending on whether they have specific "DSDs"

I think that the idea of demanding that someone confirm whether or not they have AIS in order to play sports is pretty invasive of their privacy!

I think that whether a person with AIS is trans or cis or a man or a woman is totally orthogonal to the question of whether they have AIS, which is a medical question and not anyone's business who isn't involved in their medical care
