Are things unClaire again? What is this unhealthy fascination people have with Claires? Can't they argue based on arguments in stead of accusing people of being Claire? Ad hominem attack if ever I saw one...

I know. They can’t engage with the substance of the debate. Wanting to talk to a Claire just brings the claires.

Touching people when they don’t want to be touched is bad. This isnt a hard concept. Making sock puppets because you got horny/hateful/banned on main is just pathetic.

What ARE you talking about? I've seen the Idaho law, and there's nothing in there requiring that. What the law requires is little more than a pretty standard physical exam in case of a dispute, which can also be settled by already available information about someone's sex.

Yeah a "pretty standard physical exam" for no medical reason, mandated if you refuse to allow people to pry into details of your medical history they have no right to

In the US, children (under 18) are to be examined (well child check-up) by a medical professional yearly (more if infant).

And under HIPAA the details of those examinations are private and not to be disclosed to anyone but the patient, their legal guardian and their care provider

And are - in at least some states - required for participation in sports, camps, etc. These must be filed with the school nurse.

Those requirements merely ask that the medical professional give their opinion on whether the student is in good enough health that playing sports wouldn't risk their well-being Do you think that genital checks fall under that category
