Pick whatever number option is sell it at reasonable regardless of a higher market cost to another family of five who could use a place to have a life themselves in a sea of unaffordable housing and rent vultures, anything else not involving charity is a straight up unfollow.

in a highly competitive market how do you determine who is deserving of your lower market sell? In these situations most of the time an undervalued property results in a bidding war. So who gets the property?

In case this isn't obvious, this has nothing to do with my life and isn't a decision I'm making, it's me observing someone on my TL getting dragged for being in this situation
