Presumably it would have somewhat higher structural strength construction materials, so could be either a bit bigger or that size but sleeker.

Yeah but I mean Godzilla would have to be made of materials and powered by an energy source far beyond anything known by modern science Which the movies kind of allude to, the whole thing where he's nuclear powered and radioactive

And, you know, he tanks all the explosives the military can throw at him like they're soap bubbles, which given the nature of his existence is MORE realistic than if he didn't
