I mean everyone hates school, or at least it seems like it The bullying, the cliques, the dehumanizing routine of class schedules and assignments But goddamn if enforced isolation doesn't make you miss even the worst social environments

I remember OITNB hit this theme, that prison is as deliberately dysfunctional and awful a social environment as you can imagine and yet after one week in the SHU being out among all the dickheads and assholes is like heaven, like being resurrected from the grave
