In his interview with @StephenAtHome, @BernieSanders denounced the Wisconsin primary that went forward with in-person voting amid COVID-19 concerns: “It was probably the ugliest thing that I have ever seen, from a political perspective, in my life.”

Adds to my sense that the DNC's willingness to get people killed in the midst of all this was a not insignificant factor in Sanders suspending the campaign.

The DNC and the Democratic governor wanted the primary postponed until it could be done safely. It was the Republicans and conservative judges that forced people to risk their lives to vote. Not sure why you guys always blame dems for everything.

So the Democrats aren't responsible for pushing the primaries in Florida, Illinois, and Arizona and exposing millions of people to the virus?

No, the DNC doesn't control state elections, the states do. That's why some states postponed and some did not.

That is the scapegoat excuse. If the national DNC told the state parties to call off the primaries, the state parties would. The national committee has more than enough leverage to force them if they wanted to.

The state *parties* don't run the election either, the election is run by the state *government*, the exact same people who run the general election
