I gave LAST MAN ON EARTH a pass for that because it wasn’t really a post-apocalypse show, it was NO EXIT as a comedy.

1. In any long weekend, shelves of open grocery stores can be quite empty. 2. Having worked as a security guard a while ago, there is always something to report to the maintenance crew. A few months without maintenance can seriously damage a building.
