The impression they gave that they think Joe Rogan is in fact very very important and that getting his fans on board is a huge prize they've been lusting after is a bad impression It makes me (and many other people) lose respect for the team

Tbh I'd settle with them staffing people who know things, instead of varying degrees of the same online dude who only speaks in distant "sarcastic" snark. At this point, I'd prefer if no member of his staff knew what Reddit or Call of Duty are.
