The Obama administration was well-aware that we were past-due for a massive pandemic, so they put a pandemic office in place and made a plan of action for when the virus hit. Trump's administration dismantled the office and ignored the plan, losing us TWO months rather than one.

Here is why we weren't prepared: In 2011 the NIH was aware that there was a severe shortage of ventilators, ventilator operators and PPE.This gave the Obama Administration 5 years to create a stockpile of ventilators and masks so desperately needed today-he didn't.Sadly inept

Read 2011 NIH report following the 2009 H1N1 Pandemic. After reading the report please outline the steps taken by the Obama Administration to stockpile ventilators, masks, etc.

Then one has live with the shortcomings of the previous Admin and move forward; those ventilators and PPE desperately needed in NY and other ‘hotspots’. From inauguration (for 3 years) POTUS hamstringed by Impeachment. What else could be done that hasn’t been done?

He's been impeached since his inauguration? And the impeachment proceedings caused people to block him from rebuilding this stockpile of PPE for the three years he was president before this happened?
