So, to convince people across the aisle on a small scale? Sure, I guess that's a valid thing to aspire to. Don't see the argument really helping that, but then I guess I don't really buy the move from copyleft so, that'll probably not happen.

Well, no, it's not really aisle crossing, it's people who vaguely think piracy is bad but don't think about it much being "activated" by seeing threads from authors personally testifying about how it's devastated their lives
