Look this isn't just about the IA, or copyright "Disruptive" tech culture is always focused on the idea of "changing the paradigm" by just universally opting everyone in all at once and then letting individual spoilsports actively opt out That's what they think consent is

Currently in print seems reasonable, as a number of authors have quality works that are OP, and may (?) benefit from their accessibility. But leave in print titles to indies and authors.

According to their own information they already do that: they only publish works without an ebook, so mainly older works from the early 2000s and before. Is that not correct?
