All of the states that have expanded vote-by-mail (including California, which is the only state that can be said to have truly universal vote-by-mail) are Democratic strongholds

Yeah, and, again, that's on Pritzker and DeSantis (DeSantis isn't even a Democrat, he's a Republican) And as I've pointed out before, when DeWine - also a Republican - TRIED to stop the election, the courts ruled against him at first and almost caused a constitutional crisis

No they didn't, they were deferring to state governors and the CDC to not be seen as puppetmasters pulling the strings, which the DNC is not and has gone to great lengths to keep itself from being able to do
