Does the President have no way to push for further research into what he believes may be a promising treatment option that is more discreet and less likely to have negative consequences than just tweeting it out to the general public

Yes and by doing so there are currently at least 3 trials all involving plaquenil and 3 additional different but currently used drugs. So yes I’d say his statements led to further research quickly

That's not how the concept of "responsibility" works Moral responsibility for a situation doesn't divide, it multiplies If one person murders someone and another person hired them to do it, they're not both "50% guilty" of murder, they're both 100% guilty of it
