As a near total outsider to comics, my knowledge of Captain Marvel: Oh yeah, the super popular recent character named like Kamala or something who has like, stretchy powers? And then there was the original Captain Marvel who was some blonde woman. Oh she's the one Rogue drained?

Anyway Shazam! is definitely one of my all time fave superhero movies, a large part of which is the fact that it's such a contrast from either the DCEU or the MCU
