And how much labour, in relation to the profits they will get back, does the Landlord put in to paying those people a relatively small fraction of the income generated by the properties they are paid to manage?
Yeah I mean if the service you provide is just holding a cash reserve then the amount of the service is just the amount of the reserve (And it's one landlords in general aren't that great about, a lot of mom-and-pop landlords don't even actually hold the deposit)
