You're saying gender based oppression can't be fought against, only SEX based oppression (REAL PHYSICAL SEX)

The point is, Arthur, that the people doing the oppressing are not so brain addled they do differentiate between male and female children. Like when they oppress girls round the world now and deny them an equal education Replacing sex with gender fucks up protection against this

"It'll be just like the Handmaid's Tale, only the Commanders will just say they're trans women and that it's *uterus havers* who are born to serve, not women as a class, and therefore they aren't sexist And that will make everyone accept it"

As I type this out it certainly sounds *to me* like I'm mockingly parodying your views, and yet this is literally directly what TERFs say all the time

To the extent any of it scans, the best I can do is gloss it as saying that anti-discrimination laws, or public values, are extremely fragile, and can only be sustained on the grounds of inherent difference?

How this would apply to anti-racism laws, I have no idea.

really weird how terfs never get caught up in insisting that the social construction of race must necessarily destroy the fourteenth amendment

A thing like that. Wonder if they'll start talking about "race-based rights" next.

I keep saying that there's no biological definition of being Asian, there's no genetic test for being Asian (23andme's "solution") notwithstanding, there's no legal registry for who is and isn't Asian And I would not find the institution of any such things a positive sign

In fact, far from finding it a basic foundation of the movement to defend my "race-based rights" I would find it deeply threatening and probably make plans to flee the country

You've got to be in one hell of a privileged position if you think medical sex testing can only be used to protect you and isn't just another way for people to harass and attack you, *including if you're cis*

I saw a story about a (cis) girl on her school's boys' hockey team who got taunted at a game with people holding up "gender reveal" posters and yelling that she was trans ("show us your dick!") Imagine if the law said they actually could force her to strip for a doctor
