There's going to be a weird moment when people who have recovered from coronavirus will be urged to eat at six restaurants a night in different cities to support the economy, traveling by air and cruise ship, while we beg everyone not yet infected to remain home on lockdown.

Wait hold up, the idea that we hit an stable equilibrium of havers and nots and stick with a permanent bifurcated city is actually an *incredible* conceit for some sci-fi. Maybe we can get an anthology of people stuck inside writing short stories about it

Imagine a disease that's like 95% fatal. Giant die-off, society rebuilds,..but what about the people who happened to avoid exposure? Would you live in seclusion forever as society moves on around you? Go out for only ultra-special occasions? Roll those 5% dice in frustration?

If the show Last Man on Earth hadn't been canceled it would've been revealed that the main characters were immune to the virus but still carriers and when the people in the underground bunker finally agreed to let them in they would've killed them all
