I certainly make plenty of value judgments - cancer is bad, for instance - but I don't dislike cancer because it's "unnatural", it's extremely natural I dislike it because of the tremendous suffering it causes

"Should" exists but it exists in people's minds If someone desperately wants to be fertile but can't be that's absolutely as bad as any other form of suffering *Including* the reverse situation of someone desperately wanting to be sterilized who can't be
