I am also aware of intersex people who had the exact opposite experience, who were "helped" by professionals who determined what their "sex" was and found this to be deeply alienating and intrusive and harmful I.e. they are trans

Trans intersex people do exist, some of them are people I know, and while their experience is very different from dyadic trans people and cis intersex people they are nonetheless really trans and really intersex

That's fine, I hadn't heard of it before but it sounds like a good argument If I use "ipso" as a distinct antonym to "trans" that's still very different from the "gender critical" claim that "trans" isn't a real category
