who wants to bet Harvard hasn't even considered doing that who wants to bet they aren't coordinating very well or maybe at all with possible housing solutions, or student visa holders who wants to bet they're offloading the problems they're helping create to the residents

Modern residence buildings are not NEARLY as bad as old school dormitories/ward-style situations, if they think they need a quarantine for the students' sake it'd probably be better to have them stay where they are, not send them off so the university can dodge responsiblity

Wherever they are, very few of those students will be critically ill even if they all catch it, they're 20. What they might do is spread it around more efficiently dispersed in the community than they would if they were in one place. At least the university covered its own ass!
