The whole thing about a "firehouse primary" (a "primary" that's actually a caucus run by the party, not an election run by the state) is it's always like this The party doesn't have taxpayer money, the budget to run the election is way lower

That's where the term "firehouse primary"/"firehouse caucus" comes from, they'd have only one polling place in a donated space like a firehouse
