The Super Tuesday results kind of make it seem this was a strategic disaster Bernie *already had* a big chunk of the college political wonk crowd, and probably hit his ceiling with them a while ago But that crowd isn't important, such is why Warren ended up not being important

Bernie did *not* have the lock on "regular working class voters" he thought he did, the idea that Biden's base was a fixed quantity that could never expand was wrong, and now he's got to rethink a bunch of stuff

some of us extremely online people were saying people left voting for warren would not vote for sanders even if she dropped out bc if they wanted her policies to win they'd pick the person with ability to win...and obviously old polls with Bernie as 2nd choice of many didn't hold

I remain annoyed that the interpretation of working class that treats "educated" as somehow innately privileged regardless of individual situation seems to continue having traction, even as its proponents are invariably fancy-educated and generally trust-funded.
