This kind of thing is also obviously hypocritical, like they're angry at Warren because she's supposedly in it to stop Sanders but I didn't hear anyone giving Buttigieg or Klobuchar progressive cred for "trying to stop Biden" up to nowhttps://twitter.com/nberlat/status/1234682947132776449 …

I think it's pretty wonky to claim that Warren is doing this in order to be anti-progressive or is broadly a bad person for staying in. That said, it's probably bad strategy? She's unlikely to win, so the question is whether this meaningfully hurts Sanders' odds.

If it does, and if she'd prefer Sanders to win (which, it'd be odd if she didn't), then she should bounce and endorse. If it doesn't, and we're better off with Warren supporters winning a few delegates for a contested convention, then I obviously don't care.

The big and clear question for that strategy, however, is that I dunno if she's even gonna pick up delegates. She hasn't since Iowa, so it strikes me as likely that she's eating up progressive delegate percentage or something. Is that a thing? I haven't really mathed it out.

There is no such thing as a "progressive delegate percentage" or "progressive delegates"

Can't tell if I'm being misread or being wrong. My thinking is that, if people vote for Sanders, then he has a chance of converting those votes into a delegate, whereas Warren, who is consistently below viability, is less likely to do so.

So the question is whether Sanders alone gets more delegates than Warren and Sanders would combined.

Yes, this is a meaningful concern, but one based on the bad assumption that Warren only pulls votes from Sanders

No, I get that's not entirely true. But if Warren gets literal zero delegates, say, then it seems likely that those votes would be more efficient in Sanders' hands, even if he's only getting some percentage of them.
