I'm pretty sure that's not how it works and the bacteria *on your hands* aren't particularly important to your internal microbiome If this actually were true then washing your hands, which gets rid of more germs than a sanitizer does, would be *worse*

Commensal skin flora do you a role in protecting the body— They discourage the skin from getting colonized by more pathogenic microbes. However, that has nothing to do with coronavirus, literally everything else this idiot said is a bunch of hogwash and he should really sit down.
