I haven't watched the Good Place (only absorbed plot points and spoilers from people I follow) so I'm not 100% sure how "resets" work on the show as far as all the nitty gritty details go.

I can understand your point of view, but I don't fully agree, especially if one is positing that one has a soul, some core part of their being that is (possibly) eternal. And there are potential ways to deal with memories and experiences beyond just blanket mind wipes too.

Eh, you don't have to forget everything at once to have stuff continuously falling off the back of your memory and able to be experienced fresh again going forward.

Like suppose instead of just one college party, D&D game, and KOTOR, you experience ten thousand each of college parties, D&D games, and video games, all more or less equally enjoyable. By the time the first one rolls back around you get almost as much out of it as the first time
