I think what you're missing big time is that solidarity with workers matters and she is also a worker. Taxi services are super unreliable, sometimes public transit isn't going to be an option. Those are problems that need fixed, but you are pinning the blame on a victim.

"but facts stop this woman from complaining for clout on twitter. " Complaining on social media is generally the only way that you get awful companies like lift to listen. Uber's response was awful and done to dodge their own liability but she isn't in the wrong for posting.
