How is "Violating the ADA by refusing to provide a disabled person the service you agreed to, because of their service animal" not bidoted or ableist?

And this is why you should actually learn the facts of a case before you start arguing. If you did, you’d know that your hypotheticals are wrong. We do actually know these things.

(And yes, everyone here agrees that Uber sucks. If you’d stuck to that no one would be arguing with you, but saying the driver is blameless is bullshit. Of course, no one would have paid you any attention then, because everyone else already said that)

Not really One of the things that sucks about Uber is that they hire a bunch of people en masse with very little screening or oversight who really shouldn't be driving

There's no contradiction there I think Uber shouldn't exist and I think this guy shouldn't be driving for Uber I think it should be replaced by a professionalized workforce of trained drivers that doesn't have people like this guy in it

No, now you're arguing a bunch of different stuff in an obvious use of confused rhetoric Uber is a shitty company partly because it greatly lowered the barrier to entry for a driving job from existing cab companies

Which is bad because it greatly lowers compensation for the average driver but ALSO because it means lots of people are driving who shouldn't be driving It's bad for both producers and consumers Those two things go together, this is basic labor economics

The drivers often suck, and they suck because Uber sucks, because Uber does as little work as possible and therefore doesn't screen or train them because it's "just an app"

That said, this has nothing to do with "accessible vehicles" Nobody needs an accessible vehicle to carry a passenger with a service dog Uber or whoever replaces them should obviously do more training, but even with no training it is a completely reasonable accommodation
