Yeah, no disagreement there. But I think this isn't about whether or not riders are being reasonable (they are), it's about whether or not Uber actually cares about ensuring compliance, as they are obliged to do.

If they say that they do 'training' but their drivers are still breaking the law, the training isn't working and they need to figure out how to get their drivers to follow the rules.
