Yeah, I mean, I think it's not absurd to say that the compliance costs are $0. But even being as generous as possible, and saying that it adds cleaning costs that offset the already-low wages. It doesn't actually change anything.

Maybe abstract sympathies, I don't know. I'd listen to a driver grumble about the challenges of compliance. But it's still a fuckup.
