Hey, the issue is the lack of worker training and accountability, not service dogs. Service dogs are extremely well trained and well groomed. They won't ruin anyone's car. Also, disclosing your disability to strangers like that can put people in danger.

I'm glad to hear that. Honestly, I'm on her side & the side of disabled folks. I just want Uber to step up & handle their responsibilities. As someone with severe allergies to cats, I want there to be safeguards for people with other health issues (also Uber's responsibility.)
