Why are you making up better reasons for his refusal than the one he gave (that he had leather seats)? Why are you playing defense lawyer for him and trying to make him sound less like an asshole?

You clearly don't understand laws or regulations. You're just making yourself look more ableist and ridiculous

lmao so you value seats over a human being's needs? Really? The driver broke a law, he had been warned multiple times prior to being fired. He KNEW she had a disability and a sd but showed up anyways JUST so he could refuse face to face.

I'm not siding with Uber here, I heartily agree that it's Uber's fault and their generally shitty business model caused this situation But the ideal scenario is a guy like this understanding from the outset he has to pick up disabled passengers or else never getting hired

I.e. Uber running like a real company with a professionalized set of full time employees Who still have to comply with the ADA (And the same would be true if Uber were a publicly owned utility under full communism)
