Yeah, the "Uber discourse" encapsulates why I can't simply shut up and nod for the "always side with The Workers because IDEOLOGICAL SYMBOLISM" thing. The disabled person being denied service is in the right, or at the very least gets the benefit of the doubt. Period

She was trying to do a job for money and having to deal with this garbage all the time is a major barrier to her ability to earn a living Just as Rosa Parks' protest wasn't just about abstract dignity but the cumulative material effects of discrimination
