Right yes - this is what I was about to say. The video I think is entirely what makes the difference. I’m 100% for action being taken when someone is turned down, but I can see how a company takes more harsh action with video evidence and the guy just having a horrid response.

...which to me reads like they fired the most visible one. Reporting them is the only recourse she has — so there's no blame on her — but I do think that the company is just firing people instead of doing something systemic.
