Totally - I always thought I could do four people’s jobs if we stopped having meetings and eventually spent years proving it. OTOH stealing social time from employers might be (whispers) not bad?

Friend of mine works for a government agency doing office work. When he first started there he told me about how he literally got all of his work done for the week in an hour and spent the rest of the week on youtube or whatever. Super productive office.

Now see with remote working, he could spend the rest of the week doing something more useful
