I guess it's true though, what else is cancer but a bunch of brooding unhappy cells deciding they're too cool and special to play by cellular society's arbitrary rules

The human body sort of has a Ship of Theseus situation given how many times over the various cells in our body get replaced. Being that unimportant on an individual level would...be a lot like being your average non-wealthy person.
