I guess it's true though, what else is cancer but a bunch of brooding unhappy cells deciding they're too cool and special to play by cellular society's arbitrary rules

Like one of the bits of artistic license is having a veteran badass white blood cell, when real life neutrophils are living weapons produced to fight germs and designed to commit suicide after like two days or they'd start killing the rest of the body
