No, considering the group he named is defined by their agenda of promulgating an insane conspiracy theory designed to persecute innocent people in defense of the worst presidency in recent human memory, the karma still all goes the other way

"Qanon" isn't the name of a person or even a specific, permanent group of people, it's a term for a behavior, a behavior which is inherently evil If you don't like the connotations of being called "a Qanon" (or a "Nazi" or "alt-right") you can just stop being one

Also "fair" doesn't mean "nice". It's closer related to "just" and when you want to do whatever you want or say whatever you want even if it's wrong or just outright hurts or endangers people, then you'll also have to deal with whatever comes your way in return.

No, if Qanon weren't awful people to begin with they would at least restrict their dunks to "Krugman is stupid" and not "Krugman is a child predator and will get the wall with the other predators on Trump's day of reckoning"

But they are awful people and they do recklessly exploit pedophilia as a cudgel to attack any "elites" they don't like That's, in fact, what the term "Qanon" refers to and the defining trait of the movement called "Qanon"

No, the word "Qanon" means people who believe a priori that the entirety of left-wing media, politics and culture is run by a cabal of child molesters and cannibals and that Trump's presidency is a one-man crusade to root them out The radicalization horse is out of the barn
