"I'll keep an eye on them for one evening while you go out for dinner" is one thing, "I'll let you have a childfree vacation for three full days" is another That's not babysitting, that's nannying, and it's much more expensive because it's much more objectively difficult
She says she's never "babysat" for a full day before (which, again, isn't really babysitting but nannying) If I were in her shoes, no, I would not be comfortable trying to divide my attention between work and the kids without any prior experience hoping nothing happens
