It's teased more in this film than it was in TLJ

Really? Where did you see it in RoS?

I have trouble remembering all of them, but the big one is the one you insist isn't Finnrey so it would be pointless to argue it to you :P

Ok, I'm legit confused. I don't know that I've discussed the presence of FinnRey in Rise of Skywalker? Do you mean the sinking in the sand bit? If so, I guess fair, I just give it a 50/50 that he was going to say the Palpatine thing instead

There's no way he knew that or would have ever said it. The only options that make any sense for the story and the character are "[Finnrey vindication]", "[Finnpoe vindication]", or that stupid thing JJ said

I totally believe he has the Force, and it makes an uneasy implication if that's what made him break programming as a child I just think the pointed, last minute, deeply personal way it's framed ("I never got to tell you!" "When Poe's not around,") means it must be about Rey too

Or, to put it another way, it has to be something he *must* tell Rey but *must not* tell Poe, at least not before Rey knows So it could be his feelings for Poe, his feelings for her, or his "feelings" aka the Force

Why would you tell Rey you're in love with Poe right before both of you die, how does that unburden you

The only logical thing his final confession can be is something to do with Rey or he wouldn't feel the need to say it to Rey
