I was just listening to a podcast describing a Trump voter focus group who were “shy” about admitting they voted for him until they saw other people raise their hands first. This was presented as “isn’t it awful that people are shamed for their votes” and no, it’s not.

Like it's him being the one who's actually being racist and making up a caricature of a grotesque foreigner and then laughing that random people come off as "racist" when interacting with him
